American Flag is a subdivision made up of luxury single-family homes, located mid-mountain in Upper Deer Valley, and is ideally situated between the Snow Park Lodge and Silver Lake Village and can be accessed either through Lower Deer Valley or via Marsac Avenue. American flag is one of the original subdivisions in Deer Valley and has 93 platted homesites on both the east and west sides of Royal Street. Great effort was made to take advantage of the views of Empire Pass, Old Town, and the Snow Park area. Some of these homes have actual ski-in/ski-out access via a private chairlift that the homeowners built to access Lower Deer Valley. Many of the homes in American Flag require a good walk or short drive to access skiing. The Silver Lake Village is just minutes away and offers restaurants and shopping.
