Spencer graduated early from the University of Denver with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate, one of the few universities offering a dedicated real estate major, along with a minor in Business Ethics and Legal Studies. His academic background provides a strong foundation in market analysis, development strategy, and the financial dynamics that shape real estate decisions.

He works extensively throughout Park City proper, Promontory, Tuhaye, and the rapidly evolving Jordanelle and Deer Valley East Village areas.
