The iconic Goldener Hirsch Inn has been a landmark in the Silver Lake Village of Upper Deer Valley for years. With its quaint and charming European styling and the furnishings in both the common areas and rooms, the guest feels as though they have been transported to a warm and inviting European mountain resort. The Zagat award-winning restaurant with its American and Continental fare is the go-to place for lunch, dinner, and apres-ski. Client and customer service is and always has been impeccable. Guests can enjoy the exercise facility, sauna, and hot tubs. With all that being said, the expansion of the Goldener Hirsch Inn to the stunning new Goldener Hirsch boutique hotel was built on the last available development parcel in the heart of Silver Lake Village and is the first new construction in that area in over ten years. The new addition is comprised of 40 residences ranging from studio units to one, two, three, and four-bedroom plans. Square footage for these units range from 570 to 3,270 square feet of livable space. Lockout options are available on some of the residences to provide optimum investment opportunities. Tom Kundig is the award-winning architect for the development and TAL Studio is behind the extraordinary design balance of mountain contemporary meets luxury-chic. These units are sold fully furnished. The “old” and “new” will be connected by a sky bridge that allows for easy, quick, and weather-protected access. The numerous amenities include a front desk check-in, concierge services, and valet parking, bellman, library area, spa, game room outdoor patio, and fire pits, apres-ski lounge, café, conference center, ski/boot locker room, underground parking, AND an incredible roof-top pool and hot tub with sensational views and an adjacent fitness center. If for some reason you require more entertainment options than the Goldener Hirsch provides, the rest of Silver Lake Village is literally out your front door and the magnificent and eclectic restaurants, boutique stores, art galleries, and nightlife of Park City’s Historic Main Street in Old Town is a very short drive away.
