I purchased a primary residence in Park City from out of state. Damon was absolutely outstanding through the whole process. He took initiative and was accommodating to my crazy schedule. Once we had a home under contract he went above and beyond to make sure all the details were covered including getting multiple tradesman through the house for the best possible estimate on a project I needed to do. His warm and laid back demeanor does not take away from his shrewd negotiation skills. If I purchase another home in the future and he will be the only one I use.
